Common sense, but not commonly practised: Human-centered design

Establishing the human centered process in everything you do is the heart that pumps out simplicity cells throughout your organisation. Because simplicity is based on common sense and human nature.

The human centred design process doesn’t need much elaboration, which consists of three stages of : Understand customers needs -> Prototype ideas -> Test and refine until it reaches the level of simplicity and beauty in the customers’ eyes. This process seems a common sense, yet it’s not commonly practised in many organisations.
